Kevin R. Rogers is a senior-level executive with over 20 years of experience in real estate development transactions, including site planning, development, design-engineering, facility construction and management, property sales and marketing, real estate financing, tenant acquisition, as well as due diligence on new commercial locations for development purposes. Kevin has managed over $190 Million in facility design and construction projects and has secured more than $500 Million in financing.
Mr. Rogers is currently the Project Manager for the Urban Living Laboratory, which is being developed by Realty Appreciation, LTD., in a public-private partnership with the Texas A&M System.
Professionally, Mr. Rogers is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, specializing in commercial real estate, and he is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
Mr. Rogers is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and the Finance Forum. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council.
Mr. Rogers graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He received his Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from California State University and his law degree from Ventura College of Law.
