David Sikora is the Air Force Technology Transfer Program Manager. The Air Force Technology Transfer (T2) program is a congressionally mandated program that assures that Air Force science and engineering activities promote the transfer and/or exchange of technology with state and local governments, academia and industry to create jobs, improve productivity, and increase competitiveness while supporting the Air Force mission.

Through the Technology Transfer program, partners leverage Air Force technology and expertise to achieve technical solutions that provide significant cost savings while enhancing economic competitiveness. This leverage consists of tailored opportunities for access to advanced technology, the unique opportunity to work directly with top Air Force scientists and engineers, and the opportunity to take advantage of specialized research and development facilities and equipment.

Prior to Air Force civilian employment, Mr. Sikora supported the Technology Transfer programs of the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Human Effectiveness and Propulsion Directorates. Prior to supporting the Air Force, he worked as a design/project engineer in the paper machine and environmental equipment industries.

Mr. Sikora received his Bachelors of Science in Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton and his Masters of Business Administration from Wright State University.
